    Do Nvidia RTX cards process video more quickly than standard GTX cards?

    I'm attempting to upgrade my graphics card. Before I do, I want confirmation that the PAI/VAI software actually leverages the additional computing capabilities in the RTX (ray tracing, DLSS, etc) line of cards, e.g. will an RTX 2060 card process video more quickly than a standard GTX card of the same spec? If so, can you provide some sense of the difference in performance is achieved in moving from different cards, e.g. 2060, 2070, etc., different memory, 6GB, 8GB, etc.? Not looking for details data here, just high-level observations of performance boosts (or lack thereof).
