I'm trying to upgrade a 20-minute, 1920x1080 digital file to 4K as an initial test of this software. The initial system analysis said my laptop met all the requirements to run this software. I started the conversion and it's been running for 2 and a half hours and still states 0% complete and 244 hours to go. What's up with that?
