DVDFab Enlarger AI for Converter Ultra + deinterlacer model generated motion back and forth motion

When I tried to use the model on the episode 2 of the Star Trek Deep Space Nine season 1, the model generated a back and forth motion instead of smooth walking in one direction. The issue can be seen in the first 5 min.

I tried to find the relevant logs for this case with no success.
