Ryzen 9 3950X + nVidia 3090 AI Enlargement

One of the Mods wanted me to start a new thread and post my logs.. so here you go.

I've got a water-cooled 3950X with a slight overclock on it, as well as a stock RTX 3090 FE unit. I am hitting about 3-4 fps on encodes using the 3090 FE as my main crunching card. With the 1070 I was getting about 1-2FPS with it. but none the less here are my logs.
