I'm looking to upscale some of my school videos to 1080 with the AI Video Enhancer and I am wondering if it is possible to convert the frame rate to 60fps on the output.
Since the videos were recorded a long time ago on analog equipment then digitized and burned to DVD at 29.97, I would like to enhance the videos with a converted frame rate of 59.94 rate so that it creates a much cleaner/clearer image when upscaled.
Right now, the option the enhancer offers me is to maintain the same frame rate as the source, and that gives me a reasonably good image if the bit rate is high enough, but it's not ideal. It still looks as if it was simply upscaled by my player or TV engine. It doesn't look crisp and clean like an actual high definition video should look.
If there is a way of converting the frame rate via the AI Enhancer, can someone provide some direction/tutorial.
