DVD to BluRay to MKV with removed titles: Can this be done?

Hello All, I hope I'm asking this in the right place? I have a Concert DVD (Godsmack: Changes) that is a documentary with the ability to play performances only. I want to upscale it to 1080 and just keep the performances, which are separate titles on the DVD, and then combine them into an MKV file. Can this be done? I cannot figure out how to do it. Thanks!

You can use DVD to Blu-ray Converter to convert the DVD titles, it will output a Blu-ray, and then use the Blu-ray as a source to convert it to MKV.

Or you can use Ripper, pick MKV.AI profile to upscale it to 1080p and merge the titles.
