Blu-ray EnlargerAI Ultra Quality Speed

Is there any way to know what I speeds I should be seeing when converting a Blu-ray to H.265 using EnlargerAI (Ultra Quality)?

I've tried a couple different computers and I don't see greater than about 1 fps with nearly (90+ %) GPU utilization.

One example (1 fps):
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti
16 GB RAM
Windows 10 2H2

I've also tried it on a (0.5 fps):
AMD Ryzen 9 3950x
AMD RX 3800 xt
16 GB RAM
Windows 10 2H2

The speed is normal.
The Ultra Quality mode is slow and will take up more time.
