DVDFab Video Enhancer DVDFab video Enhancer does not recognize my graphics card RTX 2060

I just downloaded the lastest trial of the video enhancer and wanted to test it on a file to see how I like it before purchase. Wen I select a file to upscale and get ready to "enhance" it pops up a message that states its using my CPU to do the upscaling... but no mention of the video card. I could not find a way to tell the SW that I had a card to use and the analyze HW did not detect it. I'm sure its likely operator error... but please help.
