Always Frozen at Menu Settings

Ok, here is what I'm doing. I'm adding a DVD to Bluray. All goes well. When I click on menu settings, BINGO it freezes. I have the latest updates. My first time trying enlarger on a DVD. The title of the movie is Heidi but the 1937 version. I know there are more versions out there, is that way this program freezes on the menu? Perhaps it cant find so many titles? Some advice, please. Thanks

Does it only fail with DVDs and works ok with MP4 files?

Do you get a crash report? Please save and send the zip file to us.
