DVDFab Video Enhancer 1.0.3.1 Trial version fails on VOB convert

Attempted rip made from DVD Decrypter from an old DVD output to VOB files. Used trial version of Video enhancer to upscale video. Tried 4 times each time failed.
included DVD Fab Logs as well as Video Enhancer Logs. please let me know what else may help.

The source was C:/Users/raque/Documents/scratch/SOMETHING_WICKED_THIS_WAY_COMES.Title1.vob
The developer checked the log file, and he thought that it was not an AI issue, but more like a special source problem. Is it a VOB file from a DVD movie?
Please send this VOB file to us, we will test it and see what happens. Thanks.

The VOB file was created using DVD Fab DVD decrypter on pass through. the video is native 720x480. and is 3.5 GB. Where id you want me to upload this?
