DVDFab Photo Enhancer AI Photo Enhancer is pausing between images

Since two or three Updates, the photo enhancer is pausing between the images, if I have more than one picture in the cue.

It works for the first picture as usual, then there is a big pause and then it starts doing the second picture and so on.

Hi, does it happen to either kind of image? Could you please provide two original images and the log folder to us? Thanks in advance.

Yes, it happens with all jpg´s I tested.

      It pauses between the images.
I think the relevant log entry is 'QPixmap::scaled: Pixmap is a null pixmap[21times ]'

After all images are calculated, the program uses 10% CPU and it does write on SSD, I don´t know what. About 1,5 Minutes later this stops.

Not yet. I will push them to look into it.
Could you please provide the log folder as well? Thanks again.

Could anyone please do me the favor of throwing more than one image into the program and tell me if the program processes the images one after the other or if there is quite a long pause between the images.

This would at least let me know if the problem is unique to me.

Sorry for the late response. The QA team could not duplicate the pause problem. You may use the latest version to try again.
If still have the problem, please video record the process and send the latest log folder to us to better check, thanks.

It was already the newest version.

But with your information (not reproducable) I uninstalled the software (incl personal configuration as mentioned by the uninstall program) and did a new install.
                  Now it works.

So it was a bug that did not resolve over several updates and was only resolved by a complete reinstall.

                  Thanks for the information.
