DVDFab Video Enhancer an actual User's help needed

Any users getting this to work. I am up-scaling from 480p to JUST 720p. Been running for 4 days now and is still not finished.

1. Has anyone made this work in a worthwhile manor?
2. What about the Unifab AI? any better? Streamfab's extremely useful advice was to close down and switch to Unifab AI and "give it a try"

Get a refund if you can. I use i9 and 3080 vid card, and still takes days. They advised me that they have stopped supporting DVDFAB Video Enhancer. So my lifetime purchase and updates stopped soon after purchase.
