i-Tunes 9 problem ??

Can anyone help please. I have just tried to put a dvd onto my i-phone, in the past i have had no problems using file mover. But on this occassion no matter what i do it keeps saying i-tunes needs to be installed, and it will go no further.
The only difference from before is i-tunes has recently updated to version 9.0.0.70 I wonder is this the problem. Has anyone else had this happen? or does anyone have any suggestions.

We have check this problem, and test it by the new iTune (9.0.18), looks no problem, please update this iTune and check it agian.
