DVD/BD Ripper Bd rripping doesnt seem to work.

Hi.
I just installed dvdfab on osx lion a couple of days ago
I have yet not succeeded in using bd ripping. Every disc i try to make (mkv or mp4) stops at approximately 0.27 % and then nothing happens.
I have tried to uninstall and install it again without success.
Anyone succeeded in making a bd rip?
Bd copy worked once , but stopped the other times i tried

stops reading when i get to 0.23%. and after a while i abort the operation

Nothing? Nobody who can understand why dvd fab doesn´t work for me?
