Installation Uninstall...?

Something went wrong with my mac install.. dvdfab started up initially but then after changing the order of the dvd ripper profiles and restarting, the app hangs consuming cpu.

So what is the correct way of uninstalling?

Install again, will uninstall first.

Installing over top didn't fix it. I ended up cracking open the pkg installer and see what files/scripts were being used. It came down to deleting the app files stored in the osx user directory and reinstalling.
