DVD Copy DVDFab for Mac won't work!

I have used DVD Fab on my PC for many years and just recently downloaded the trial version for the Mac. I can't get it to work on my Mac Book Pro OS 10.6.8. I usually run 64 bit, do I need to switch to 32 bit?

Hi MJHall,
First, DVDfab fro mac supports both 64 and 32 bit.
More info are needed. What's the phenomenon?
