DVD Copy DVD Copy - Clone

I recently downloaded DVDFab for Mac and I am having problems with DVD Copy / Clone. It reads the source DVD but when I start the process the source DVD is ejected and a "Process Failed" box pops up.

I want to use the Clone option because it is, as the documents state, the simplest way to do things.

Has anyone else run into this problem? I have tried several different DVD source movies.

During the process:

I check "Copy DVD-Video Data Only".

I do not check "Copy Original IFO Files"
