Software Conflicts 8.1.3.6 and 8.1.3.7 stops working

tried to run dvdfab earlier, it loads but then nothing had to force close it..

the found out about 8.1.3.7, installed it then tried to run it... results is the same... nothing icon shows in dock but nothing and had to force close it again.

what might causes this? yesterday it was working fine for me

somehow it works now... well, had to restarted twice...

Hangs when installing

I do not installs a long time hanging installation process may only set a user Root.

Mac mini 4,1 10.7.2

The installation process comes to the script distant in the Dock icon starts jumping dvdfab a few minutes and the process hangs

DVDFab again hangs in the process

but if you run the installation as root, then all installed and working properly.
