Blu-ray Copy No drives show up

Blu-ray Copy (source) doesn't see any Blu-ray discs, even though they are listed on the Mac and the drive is listed under Blu-ray Copy target. It is blank under preferences/drives. How should this be fixed?

    Which device you used?

The following models pass all our testing in our QA process:
    LG GBW-H20L
    Pioneer BDR-205

The new model LG - WH12LS39. The model you listed is no longer available, but device really shouldn't matter. The software should see all connected Blu-ray drives. It sees the WH12LS39 drive listed under target, so the software knows the drive exists.

Please attach the dvdfab log file, that will help us a lot.

The attachment seems to be for windows versions... I'm using Blu-ray Copy for Mac.

Thanks for walking me through this.

Compress all .log files as zip, thank you.

Looks like we posted at the same time. There are only two log files in that folder. The 'burn' log file is completely empty (blank). Everything in that other log file (internal) is shown in the post above...

It has no effect on use.

No effect on use? LOL it has 100% effect of use for me because until the drive is found by the software I can't do ANYTHING with this software! How are you supposed to do anything when NO Blu-ray disc shows up?

                          Hi AngelArs,
Do not launch DVDFab, insert a BD disc into BD-ROM and verify whether mac os can recognize the bd disc or not. If it's OK, trash DVDFab.app and DVDFab folder under /Users/user/Document. Then reboot and install the latest mac build 8138. Tell us the result.
                          Wish it helps.

My Mac sees it, but Blu-ray Copy does not.

Since no one can offer any help on how to fix this I think I'm just going to pursue getting a refund
