DVDFab for Mac seems to be full of fatal bugs.
I have an iMac 27 all-in-on system with an OPTIARC DVD RW AD-5680H internal DVD drive. I cannot get DVD Copy to work at all with this drive. If I try to use it as the source drive, I get an immediate crash. I have already submitted a couple of crash reports on this so I won't repeat myself here. If I use an external DVD drive as the source drive, DVD Copy seems to work almost all the way to the end then get a "Failed to burn DVD" error message followed by a "Process Failed" message and the target disc is ejected.
I was successful with a DVD Copy from my external DVD Drive to an ISO file.
I tried to copy from my external drive as the source drive and target drive but that failed. After the initial scan of the source DVD I got a message saying that there was no writable media in the target drive. The copy hung there waiting for writable media in the same drive as the source DVD. This method works fine on my PC.
I am getting frustrated with DVDFab for Mac. Can I get a working version or a refund please?
