DVD/BD Ripper AV Sync progressively worsens

What I thought was maybe a one off issue is occurring on all my rips. I use the default profile for the mp4 container with h.264 and stereo aac. The AV sync is completely off within 3/4 of the film. I've tried audio copy and the problem remains, so I'm assuming its the video conversion. I have the frame rate set as "same as source", disabled all GPU codecs, and disabled "lightning-recording".

I'm using the version 8.1.3.8. Is there an easy fix I'm overlooking?

No there is not. Fab seems to be having sync problems with most profiles by my testing, even remuxes.

Thanks for verifying. I guess I will go straight to vob and convert with Handbrake until there's a fix.
