DVD/BD Ripper v8.1.3.9 bug when prompting when overwriting

Mac version, 8.1.3.9 beta: when doing a dvd rip to file, if you accidentally forget to rename the file and it prompts you to overwrite the existing file, the only option you are presented is OK instead of Yes/No. Choosing the "X" to close out/cancel still triggers the overwrite process.

Same happens in Windows version 8.1.5.3 also.

Real pisser when it overwrites (well, deletes the whole thing!) something you wanted to keep!
