Installation Old Versions Not Deleting?

After updating to the latest DVDFab software I notice that the old versions are not self deleting as they did in my PC version. When you look in Finder under
Your Computer Name> Documents> DVDFab> you will find all of the previous versions still in there i.e.Config_8.1.3.7. This list continues to grow with every update.

Can they safely deleted without affecting the program, and why do they not self delete with an update?

Hi Ozzie,

You'd better not delete the older versions related files, it didn't self delete based on necessary reasons. Like the saved profile changes, UI changes, settings changes, etc. All of the changes in older version will apply in the new version for continued use. It is convenient.

Apart from loss of "convenience", I take it there is no danger in deleting those old files?
