    Other newb help. No audio

    First, hello all.

Just purchased the all in one for mac to use on my macbook pro, Lion 10.7.3. Im having a rough time with things since my purchase a few days ago. I finally got the registration thing worked out with a second link that was provided and the install went well. Problems: Twice I attempted to rip a dvd to external hd, after watching tutorial, in Mp4 format. No audio on both attempts. I tried copying a dvd under Main Movie to hd and got a folder with several files in it none of which would play anything. What am I doing wrong? I thought this was a simple program for use with what I think is an awesome laptop. This program was recommended to me by an employee of a well name electronics store. Also my wife purchased several movies from a failed video store will there be a problem ripping/copying these movies.

    Thanks in advance,
    Tony

    Hi,
What's the media player you are used? iTunes?
And which profile you are used?

Please download VLC and have a try! It's a free and good media player. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html
If still have problem please post your log file!

    Please tell us the result!

Yes, iTunes used QuickTime media player when play video in it.

I suppose you are selected profile "mp4.h264.mp3".
Please select profile "mp4.h264.aac" or related Apple device profile if you want play by QuickTime. AAC audio outputed.

And do you have try VLC?
