I am already registered for the Windows version of Blu Ray Copy. I wished to try the version for my Mac to determine if there was a speed improvement. I received the message that the trial period had expired for all Mac services and I could not copy although I just downloaded the software. Any ideas?

The same thing happened to me when I first installed DVDFab: all the modules were listed as expired even though it was my first install on a brand-new Mac.
I suspect that there's some issue in the new version that escaped the scrutiny of the QA Department. -
Please delete the DVDFab folder under /User/user name/Documens, and check it again!

For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
