DVD/BD Ripper What's your number

I have a problem ripping "What's Your number".
When I run DVDFAB it comes back and says "To open this disk, you have to upgrade DVDFAB". But I have already the latest MAC version, please advise

I solved the problem, doing the backup on a PC with Windows 7.
