Other Dvd creator and bluray creator questions

i've purchased the DVDFab LIFETIME GIFT...

today i updated the version to the latest one which is 8.1.6.9, that comes with DVD CREATOR AND BLURAY CREATOR..

BUT when i enter my registration info everything changed to NEVER EXPIRE...

EXCEPT both the DVD CREATOR and BLURAY CREATOR [still trial user]

is that because its still a test? or do i need to purchase them again?

Mac Forum

Hi Sunny,

I don't want to sound snippy but this is the DVDFab for Mac forum.

We don't download keys from the Member Center. It's all licensed online via connection with Feng Tao based upon our registered UserID (email).

I also purchased the "Lifetime Gift" and want to be sure I can use the new products when I update to the 8.1.6.9 version in a few days.

Has there been any update about this issue? I'd like to install the 8.1.6.9 release over the coming weekend. But if I won't be able to use the Blu-ray Creator then it's probably not worth my effort. Any information would be appreciated.

I contacted support because I didn't get these products and was told I didn't qualify. I purchased the DVDFab all-in-one lifetime MAC version on November 17th. I was under the impression at that point that I would get the new programs that were going to be introduced soon for free, but that is not the case. What happened?
