Blu-ray Copy DVD fab not responding

Hello, I have just downloaded the current version of DVD Fab Blu-ray copy for the mac but every time I go to load a disk it begins to read it and then completely goes unresponsive. I have to force quit it, and then try again but nothing works. I have also tried redownloading but so far nothing seems to work. I can post the error report if need be. Any help would be awesome thanks!

Please make sure the internet is connected when you are using DVDFab for mac.
Which version of DVDFab for mac do you use?
What's the BD-ROM do you use?
Which discs do you use?
What's more, whether the disc can be mounted in mac os if do not launch DVDFab?
