DVD Copy Purchases DVD Ripper Register

I just purchased DVD Copy and DVD Ripper lifetime but when I try to use it, it shows expired for these two programs. I have entered my email address and attempted to validate my purchase but to no avail. Is there an amount of time I must wait before it will show as being a valid lifetime purchase?
