8185 restores the relaunch problem

    DVD Copy 8185 restores the relaunch problem

    I can only launch Vers 8.1.8.5 once. To relaunch I must reinstall. I don't try to install in the Dock, nor do I delete the desktop shortcut. I have also tried deleting the /Documents/DVDFab folder. To no avail. 8.1.7.8 does relaunch if I don't delete the shortcut key. This is a major nuisance and it needs to be fixed.

    Renaming DVDFab seems to solve relaunch problem

    If I install DVDFab 8.1.8.5, it does not relaunch as I noted in my previous message. If I rename the app say to DVDFab8185, it relaunches.

      Please update to v8190 and have a try! We fixed the issue.

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
