Installation DVD Fab will not load on Mac

I am currently running 8.1.8.5. Whenever there is a new version, I am automatically taken to the download page (I am using Safari) and the download completes fine. When I try to run the upgrade, I get thru most of the screens but after it starts to install I get a Installation Failed error. It says "The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."

Any thoughts on how I resolve this?? I have registered by copy.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
