DVD Copy Help with bu of Silver Hawks or Shazzan ?

I purchased a couple of Amazon's 'burn on demand' dvd sets; SilverHawks (volume Two) and Shazzan (HB Classic Collection) and was trying to back them up and that was 3 weeks ago and the tears continue. They are simple dvd-r's and play fine, but DVDfab takes 3 to 5 hours to open any of the disks and almost twice that long to copy them and still no go...

Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.

Please post your dvdfab_internal.log file.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
