Installation To Open DVDFab, you need to install Rosetta???

I installed the new 8.2.0.0 DVDFab and when I go to launch it I get the following message.

"To Open DVDFab, you need to install
Rosetta. Would you like to install it now?

Note: Use of this software is subject to the MAX OS X Software License agreement. A list of Apple SLAs may be found here:
http://www.apple.com/legal/sla/"

Options are "Not Now" or "Install"

If you choose Not Now the message goes away but DVDFab will not open.
