I have the latest version of a life-time version of DVDFab for Mac, given to me by my son. When I log in to the DVDFab website, I'm shown as "never expire" in all categories. When I open DVDFab, I get a flash screen showing that only HD Decrypter is "never expire", the others are either "never used" or 2012-Sep-14. I try to use the Video Converter to convert a DVD to .avi but all I get is a 10kB .avi file for each file on the disc.
I've corresponded with DVDFab staff on dozens of occasions and they basically tell me that it's all OK. I can assure you that it's not!
Does anybody have any idea what I might do?
