Blu-ray Copy An unknown error occured

The following message comes up when THOR and RED TAILS blu-ray discs are installed:

An unknown error has occured. Please check if there is a new version at dvdfab.

That message come when it tries to read the blu-ray.

I am running OS 10.6.8.
I have dvdfab version 8.2.0.8

I have had problems with RED TAIL in the past (last time using version 8.2.0.8) and have posted about it here. (No help with that post) Thing is it use to hang up at % 99.24 after about about 8-10 hrs for the program to run.

Now, dvdfab does not acknowledge the RED TAIL disc. Seems things are getting worse.

I've removed DVDFAB version 8.2.0.8 then down loaded it again. No difference.

What's going on?

Unknown error

I am getting the same "unknown error check for an update" message on "Silent House," and "Thin Ice". I downloaded and installed latest version 0829 and it doesn't cure problem. Anyone know what is going on?

I am having the same problem but for the pc. I'm wondering if there is a server problem or something else.
