DVD/BD Ripper Subtitles problem on 3D mkv

After several experiments I finally was able to rip a 3D Bluray to mkv with subtitles. I was able only to do the 3D as top and bottom images at 50% each. The movie plays fine on a WDT Live Plus Streaming but there is a problem with the subtitles: they are present in just one image (on the left eye) so they are tiresome to watch. Is there any way to have them on both images?

    The settings I used are:

    to MKV
    Profile: mkv.h264.audiocopy.3DTV.PassivePolarized
Video encoding method: Fast encoding (1-pass)
    Frame rate: Same as source
    Audio Format: Same as source
    Subpicture: Extract to idx/sub file
    Video Effect Settings:
    Resize
    Size Zoomed In/Out on Source
    1920x1080
    Crop
    Disabled
    3D
    Split screen
    Top/Bottom
    Video Frame Size: Half

By the way, I could not select any other option regarding 3D such as side by side or 100%. My OS is 10.8.

    Hi hecya,
You can select one subpicture and "Direct render into video" option to achieve this function.
Please refer to the attachment picture.
    Thank you
    ning.

Thanks for the quick response. I am trying that now (the only change from my previous settings) and has been running for 2:52 hours with just 2.53% advance. There is no access at all to the external BD drive. It started at 8:26:57 and then:

      08:28:31 Analyze >> Find Forced Subtitle Stream! >> PID( 0 ) - Language( unknow ) - First Time At( timestamp: 00:01:04:565 )

I am using the version published today.

          Internal log

          Movie: Despicable Me 3D
Symptom: At about 2.06% the remaining time starts to go up from about 2 hours to 24 and eventually it just reads 0:00 and there is no more accessing light on the external BD drive.
I have selected two audio tracks: english and spanish and only one subtitles track: spanish.
I notice something different form friday. The last line on the processing window had something to do with finding a forced subtitle and today the last line reads: Source (00064.ssif).

            Internal log after reaching 100%

I found out that if the ripping is done first thing after turning on the Mac and with no other application running, the process do not freeze and takes about 2:50 hours to get an 8.49 GB file. My OS is 10.8.1 and my BD unit is Samsung SE-506.

However, the process still does freeze at the end when it reaches 100%. Attached is the new log.
