Blu-ray Copy unable to see BluRay Drive

Hi

I am currently unable to see the see the source drive on dvdfab, all it says is insert bluray disk, I am unable to chose the disk from the drop down.

My mac shows the disk in finder but dvd fab doesnt show it, I can select the drive by pressing on the folder icon within dvd fab and choosing the drive, however it just seems to scan forever this way and doesnt do anything else.

Any suggestions?
