DVD/BD Ripper IDX Remux into file always fails!!

Cant get subs to remux into MKV file always fails!! If I let Fab extract to sub files it works, but my media player works better with them remuxed into the file, right now I'm using the trial version and if I can get this sorted out I will purchase for the Mac! I'm using a MacBook air with the i7 and 8 gb of ram, my reader/burner is an Asus here is the log

Where is that profile located? In the drop down menu I have a few options to convert to 3D and some to convert to a Fab format? Nothing about passthrough.
Encoding is set to passthrough and everything else is same as source!

Hi,
mkv.remux does not support to remux subtitle into file.
This function has been deleted in DVDFab version 9.
But you can use m2ts.passthrough as profile in order to keep original movies' quality and remux subtitle into file.

Why would you remove it from up coming versions? And this is 8.1.2.5. It still has the option, just does not work? The profile you have picture final file will not be a MKV? Once using the pass through option do I then convert to an MKV?
