DVD/BD Ripper DVDFAB Free HD Decrypter Not Working!!

Sorry but when I start the latest DVDfab for Mac, to use the free version of DVD Decrypter, I continue to get this error message after it scans the disc.

"To open this DVD disc, you need buy or renew DVDFab "DVD Copy", or you can wait for new version of DVDFab HD Decrypter".

I have gone to your web site and have repeatedly downloaded and installed the latest free version of DVDFAB HD Decrypter for Mac and still get the same error. I have uninstalled the whole DVDfab package as well and still get the same message. Can you explain what is going on Mr. Fendengo?

Later days new encryptions takes some weeks longer, before they appear in the free version.

What's the name of the disc?

Does not matter what disc I use, still the same results. This has been going on for over 2 months so this thing about waiting a few weeks is not accurate. I have updated the software at least 3 times. Found a work around however.
