I paid for lifetime usage and its been fine for months, but today it didn't allow me to use dvdfab and said I had to upgrade. I went into download section and downloaded the latest version, but now it is saying I am a trial member. Help !

in the area where all the different types of DVDFab are select the one you want to upgrade then type your email in the username, then in the password use your login password from the DVDFab homepage -

WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
