Software Conflicts DVDFAB programs doesn't work on Mac

Yesterday I bought DVDFab Blu-ray Player for Mac and I can't register it It's probably due to network connection but firewall is disconnected so I have no idea what is the source of this problem...

Earlier I had installed 30-days version of DVDFab Blu-ray Copy for Mac and I still cant't open it too...

I will not resolve this problem without your help! I've spent my many and... I can't use it

I use MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS 10.8.2.

I've spent my money, not "many". Sorry

If you haven't done so already, go to the members site here: and create an account. Use the email that you used to purchase and any password, this is not your forum account, and use the email and password to register your DVDFab.
How to post the internal log

I created an account earlier and I can log in - then I see names of the programs I've bought. Status is "Registration" and... it changes nothing.
I can download key from members site (after logging) but it's not possible to open and activate it...

        I have no idea

I don't know the mac software, but if it is like the Windows version you have to open DVDFab and register from within the program using the email and password. There is no key, it checks the server to determine you purchased.

I try but it doesn't work! I type email and password and then the program is dead. I must reopen it one more time and one more...

I am having the same issue. I recently switched from PC to Mac. Downloaded the Mac software and bought 2 year BluRay Ripper license and could never get it to register. Stll says trial. On Day 4, trying to get it to work and customer support to help. No luck yet. And yes, i have cleared the Config_8.2.2.6 HKEY_CURRENT_USER.xml file!

I was able to fix this. Apparently the problem was DVDFab had my purchase registered as a PC license. Not a Mac license. (I was positive that i purchased a Mac license, but their system had me down as a PC license.)

Reach out to Ashley in the forums. She helped me out.

                        Hi,

I am having the same problem. When I open the application, it is stuck trying to connect verification server and then simply stops. I checked internet connection and switched off firewall without any help.
I have been trying to solve this with DVDFab support for 2 weeks now - still no success.

                          Hi,

I've resolved my problem in 50%. I've changed system's language (from polish to english) and now I can run the program, but it still doesn't work well - sometimes I must reopen it few times to start playing a movie

                            HI,

many thanks. You were able to help me where official DVDFab support failed.
It was necessary to change the language of my machine to English , restart the computer, re-install DVDFab and then "voilá" everything was O.K. and worked

So the problem is the language of the machine where DVDFab has to be installed in "English" machine only. The language has to be changed in the whole computer, not just the instalation option.

I don't know the reason why DVDFab Staff doesn't help. People pay for DVDFAB programs and they are alone with their problems!
