I have had trouble burning decrypted dvd files for backup using DVDFab's DVD Copy for Mac versions 8.2.2.4,8.2.2.5 & 8.2.2.6 (I just recently started using it on a Mac). I can save them as either folders or disk images but when I want to burn the files into a blank dvd's my Macbook Pro's optical drive doesn't allow me to even finish inserting the disc into the slot-loading bay before it spits it out. Is there anyone else who is confronting this problem?
Don't know if it's of any help but I am running OS X 10.8.2 on a MBP 13" Mid2010 with a MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-898 superdrive & the problem persisted on two different dvd sources & dvd+r and dvd-rw discs.
