    DVD/BD Ripper Blu-Ray Fails

I've had some success with DVDFab, but The Avengers and Amazing Spider-Man are failing immediately when the ripping process starts with a 500.01 0 error. DVDFab isn't able to preview the movies and ASM takes over two hours to just open. Here is the log from trying to rip ASM this morning

Have you tried quitting DVDFab, inserting the BD into your drive & wait for OSX to mount the disc, then start DVDFab ?

I've found that I get a lot of failed rips (or some that simply don't start) if I leave DVDFab open when I change Blu Ray discs.

It doesn't make a difference of whether if I have DVDFab running or not when it first mounts, they don't rip.

Went through two weeks of troubleshooting with support and pretty much ended up getting told "We don't know why it's failing, but you're doing it wrong."
