Blu-ray Copy No Audio from BDAV BluRay

This is my first attempt with DVDFab and I have run into a problem with BDAV discs written by my Panasonic BluRay writer.

DVDFab Version 8.2.2.6 for Mac
When I rip one of these home recorded discs the problems are as follows using BluRay Copy:

1. Full Disc Option - The disc copies but there is no audio on any tittles
2. Main Movie - I can select a tittle from the left hand pane that lists the tittles present but there are no audio tracks listed under the right hand audio pane. When rip the selected tittle it has no audio.

However, if I use the preview pane to watch a tittle then audio does play.

I then repeated my efforts with the 9.0.3.1 beta with the same results, no audio.
If I use Other software under Windows, the BDAV discs rip with no problems.

Finally, I tried to mount an iso file made using toast and DVDfab could not read it - "DVDFab encounters a reading error. Please clean or exchange the Blu-ray disc and try again"

If I use a commercial BluRay with DVDFab, the audio options are available and I can rip a tittle correctly with sound.

What am I doing wrong?
