Apple Tv 3 - Sound Cracking

I just ripped a Blu-Ray and the sound is cracking like crazy throughout the whole movie. I just unchecked the HD-7.1 Surround and am trying it with AC-5.1 to see if that fixes my issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
