    Marvel's Avengers Blu-Ray Won't Copy

    Hey folks -

I've worked through DVDFab's tech support and they were unable to reproduce this problem. Once they determined that, they stopped trying to help; I'm hoping someone else here on the forums might have some idea.

There have been a few threads about the Avenger's Blu-Ray, but I haven't seen anything definitive. When I try to copy it to an ISO with all default settings, it nearly immediately errors out. It claims that it can't copy 00097.mt2s and the error code is 102, for whatever that's worth.

    See the attached screen shot.

Added info: the Blu-Ray plays fine in the aforementioned BD reader. It also plays in any other Blu-Ray player without hiccup. So the media is fine. Further, I can copy that 00092.m2ts file off the disc without any issue. It's just through DVDFab that the error occurs.

Cleaned it. Cleaned it again. And again. There are no scratches, marks, mars, or anything on it.

There's a problem with the software. Period.

In windows versions 8 & 9 their seems to be a problem with windows picking the correct file when theirs a list of files with the same run time so maybe this is effecting your version of fab also.Try picking a different file and see if it will work.Normally Fab picks the longest run time file but this wasn't correct for a movie i did it was not the longest run time.

This is on a Mac, for what it's worth. And I'm trying to perform a whole disk copy to ISO like I normally do.

All Mac questions/problems should be posted in the DVDFab for Mac forum their you can do a search or even search the internet as it will bring you back to fab anyway.

                This isn't a Mac-specific question, rather a software issue. That's why I didn't post it there.

Apologies for my last post, I should have tested it on a Windows PC first. I just tried it with a trial version on my PC, and it reads and copies just fine. My license is only for the Mac version, so I can't use the resulting ISO. But it appears to be reading the whole disc without issue.

The aforementioned Mac Pro and Blu-Ray reader have been used to copy all of my other Blu-Rays with DVDFab. So something's up with this specific disc and version of software. :-(
