The Company You Keep is giving me error messages

After copying to my hard drive, I restart DVDFab to make a copy. When I select the file, I get message..."Failed to open." "Please check if it is playable".

I'm running DVDFab 9, for Mac, latest version from Sept. 9th. DVD is North American region. Not having problems with any other discs.
