Blu-ray Copy How To Activate Purchase

I purchased Blu-ray Copy for 1 yr. When I launch DVDfab on my Mac I go to register & log into my email & password but it still shows as trial for Blu-ray copy.

The password was sent with my key but it says to just log into your account & it will activate on a Mac but it doesn't activate.

What do I do? I purchased a 1 yr but can't get it to activate?

Does Fab give you any indication of an error with the activation?...or just won't activate?
Any chance your security software could be an issue?
