First off - thanks for your work. Everyone comes on here and bitches and moans when the application doesn't run right, but they forget how great a product it is and how consistently it (usually) performs.
Having said that, I'm also having issues with the new version on Mac Mountain Lion.
First, I was getting the "Not compatible with your Operating System" message. Now it's working and allowed me to register it, but any time I insert a movie (the first was Red 2, the second was The Glenn Miller Story), it just spins and processes, and eventually pops up an error message that the file name can't contain these special characters, but then it just spins and spins and eventually I have to force it to quit.
To preempt your question, I can't provide a log, because as soon as I insert the disk, the application freezes.
