    9.1.2.0 CRF 18 Monsters University Region 1 MP4 Stuttering

    DvdFab ripper 9.1.2.0 CRF 18 Monsters University Region 1 playback mp4 stuttering on iPad and in QuickTime on osx 10.9. Also occurs when CRF set to 20 and 23. Happens throughout the entire movie. Seems to occur in random scenes every 90-120 seconds.

    Does not occur with Dvdfab 9.1.2.0 high quality 2 pass with bitrate set around 2100.

    Forgot to mention ipad is 7.0.4

      So looked at this closer. It only lasts for half second max each time, stutters once and the DVD plays fine so it definitely isn't a source issue.

        How about when playing in VLC?
